Bug fixes, modability and new features

Both of normal and pre-release versions were updated

New Features:

- Added death counter

- Now you can jump while dashing and it will cancel the dash

- Increased modability: This is so far the biggest update for modability, now you can mod more stuff by opening "map settings.yaml"

- Bug fixes:

- Fixed bug where you can't jump after cancelling a dash

- Fixed bug where you might be able to dash little more than your dash distance
